Cancellation policy

Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

At Kitty Karma Studio, we begin preparing and allocating products as soon as an order is placed. Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, we have the following cancellation policy:

Order Cancellation (Before Processing)

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. If the order has not yet entered processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders Already in Processing

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. At this stage, materials and production time have already been committed.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Orders that include custom products, private label items, or made-to-order batches cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale or bulk purchase orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted due to production scheduling and inventory allocation.

Refund Processing

If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
